I don't ask very much from a mail client. But if you provide the means for a 'Sent' folder to all my messages, and you allow me to see just about every other piece of metadata about my emails (Status, Flag, Label, Priority, Order Recieved, ...), why can't you show me the Recipient? I understand that there can be multiple recipients, but just pick one! Most of the time you'll have a single address in the 'To:' and multiple 'Cc:' users, so just work with that. And if you have an ambiguous 'To:' listing, just sort them asciibetically or something. But don't remove the useful functionality just because of a little potential ambiguity...
