I love the whole PRAM-zapping thing. Every time anyone told me how 
wonderfully intuitive the Mac is, and how you don't have to be an 
expert, I loved mentioning how Apple expects users to fix their desktops 
with arbitrary amounts of PRAM-zapping. (The same users who it didn't 
trust with more than one mouse button)

Are PRAM problems still present in OS X? OpenFirmware problems? How 
about extension conflicts? Happy days.
