ARRRRRRGH! So I have two gift cards to Barnes & Noble; both of them have PINs for use online. A couple of friends recommend a book, so, due to needing to spend these cards for a while and the library not having any on shelf copies (Now /their /online catalog software is nice. It actually works, but that's not hate), I decided I'd order it so I could read it when it came in a day or two. Nice, no hassle for me... or so I thought. Clicky clicky here, clicky clicky there, and I'm entering my PIN and card # for B&N's ordering system. There's no place to enter the info for more than one card, and an ominous note seems to indicate that I can't use more than one. Needless to say, I hope that maybe I can add the second card later. No such luck. If I go to the physical store, I know I can use both cards for one purchase, but online, I can't; the stupid software can't or won't let me. aksadjfp;2h3t;oiasj;fk! (And I don't care if it's their policy or whatever; as far as I'm concerned, the cards and their (stated) worth is mine to use how I want. The software isn't letting me, so I hate it, and whoever created it.) T.
