I generally find myself hoping that I can avoid using a visual editing interface. :) But if you just want something that looks right, why not use Visual Studio or some other gui form builder for your language of choice, but not bother implementing any code? (eg: http://spectcl.sourceforge.net/ or http://vtcl.sourceforge.net/ )There's stuff above here
