No. Because, of course, -Wall doesn't mean what it says. Further gcc hate
there.

Perl uses gcc -g -O -pedantic -Wall -W -Wshadow -Wpointer-arith
-Wbad-function-cast -Wcast-qual -Wcast-align -Wwrite-strings
-Wstrict-prototypes -Wmissing-prototypes -Wnested-externs -Wno-long-long
