Second, Mutt, for not being able to distinguish between messages that only use code points below 128 and those that have to be explicitly tagged with a charset, even if it can't use UTF-8. Oh, and for spawn-of-redmond for doing such a crappy job of Unicode support that Windows apps find it easier not to bother.There's stuff above here
