The oh-so-wonderful nationalization support in mailman: why, given the
[incorrect] base64-encoded string "88nO0dEg0NTJw8EuLg" instead of the
correct "88nO0dEg0NTJw8EuLg==", the bloody thing should bork ("Error:
padding error" and a stacktrace) and not even pretend to do something
useful?

Obviously, from mailman's point of view, all the obscure MUAs out there
are written using proof of correctness techniques.

Or no, I have a better idea - the world beyond 7-bit ASCII just does not
exist.

Hate hate hate.

\Anton.
