Back when I was about 13 I read a book on programming interfaces. It had a  
whole section just explaining why the down button/arrow should move the  
text "up." I was surprised anyone would have a problem with that concept,  
but the length of the section made it seem like it's something more than a  
few people struggled with. Maybe they still do. :D
