In general, yes, that's Apple's core market. And expert computer dudes
sometimes get tired of being expert computer dudes all the damn time.

I can get enough commercial software for it I don't have any need to run
Windows. It's the only UNIX that has Microsoft Office in any meaningful
sense. If you can already manage to avoid Windows, then I can see why it's
not nearly as exciting for you.
