Some tools (or me, sometimes) assume that they can view/edit /etc/passwd (hatefully, indeed), or that /etc/exports can be reliably parsed, and since you think, "Hey, it's unix, right?" they'll work. Speaking of which, anybody know some good ways to have NIS and netinfo interact well, or at all?There's stuff above here
