It does, it's called MAPI, and it's one of the few things I've found on Windows that involved third parties that are competing with Microsoft that really does work as advertised when it's actually set up. The problem is that you need to have at least one properly configured mail client to make it work. But once you do it you can (for example) have your Pocket PC use Netscape Communicator as its mail server.There's stuff above here
