Actually, add, cleanup, info, resolved, and revert don't.  Or, put another
way, only the commands that can interact with a repository take
--username.  I suppose you can argue that the inconsistency is hateful,
but it's consistent with subversion's model of remote versus local
actions, and it's good to understand that model when using subversion.
