I hate logging on to a new system and having to adjust anything to get
useful colours added to the output. The colours help me instantly see
what's going on. In my editor, currently, your text is coloured
differently from mine. I love that I never had to ask for this, as that
saves me a lot of work.

Tastes differ, and there's no good default when it comes to taste. And
I'm not falling for the but-my-terminal-is-100-years-old-and-doesn't-
render-these-things-correctly argument.

By the way, vim is better than emacs, perl is better than python, KDE
looks better than GNOME, MacOS-like menu bars suck and file managers
must not be "spatial".
