Heh. My first reaction was "why are you still running Windows 9x?"

Of course there's still too much Windows software that still hasn't 
removed their "fixes" for the historically bad Windows scheduler. Or 
the stubs from their Mac port from when Mac OS didn't have a scheduler 
at all.

Not that kind of scheduler. :)
