I did that.

So it stuck them on the other partition of the same drive.

So now partition 1, where it's installed, isn't the bootable partition.

Partition 2 is the bootable partition.

But all it contains is NTLDR and BOOT.INI and similar rot.

I am completely unable to express my complete incomprehension as to why
anyone ever thought that any sequence of decisions that could lead to that
could possibly be sane ones.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE?

And how do I fix this?
