Yeah. Most of the cases of forbidden resizing I've seen are due
to webdesigners (used in the pejorative sense) making layouts
"optimised" for 1024x768 (or whatever).

If I wanted to read a PDF I'd do that, you idiots. Get off the
web.

(But we're only tangentially talking about software hate now.)
