Ah cups, let me count the ways I hate thee. On second thoughts, no. The 
heat death of the universe would occur before reaching the end.

Of course, the error in this particular case was to believe you could 
change the debug setting via the web interface. This has to be done by 
editing /etc/cups/cupsd.conf, and then restarting the cupsd process, as 
any fule kno.
