Hi all, The current CVS dev version of Pixie is 2.07b1. It has a *lot* of changes over 2.06, and we don't want to loose them, but the current release of Pixie really needs some stability patches, and I don't have time to go over all the changes. Unfortunately I couldn't see a CVS tag relating to the 2.06 release, which makes it difficult to branch off a maintenance release... So I'm thinking of tagging the current release as 'dev-17-10-2003' so that it can be revived, and committing in the sources of 2.06 as 2.08_01 and going from there. If anyone's got a better idea, please let me know. In the future, every release should be tagged in CVS as 'release-x-yy'. So far, my plans for v2.08 are: 1. apply http://staging.quiup.com/perl/Pixie-2.06-reconnect-bug.patch 2. add Mark's recursive structures TODO tests 3. update docs 4. update the TODO list I'll get started as soon as we've got a public CVS repository up & running. -Steve
