I was thinking about this ... how easy would it be to do a subscription
plugin that completely generates a new Mail::Internet/Siesta::Message
object with all the confirmation stuff in it and then pop it right to
the end of the pipeline where it gets sent without the other plugins
touching it.

I can't think of an obvious way without it being a huge hack.
