I think we still should, as there's still the case that A can be a
member of one list on a server and then be unwillingly subscribed to
another list by merry prankster B.  Same goes for unsub.

I like what we have already though.

I had a quick rethink of Archive.pm after I wrote it.  It would neat
to be able to inject this header:
 X-Web-Archive-URL: http://some.com/lists/homies/12222.html

Where 12222 is probably some hash on the message-id, or at a push some
per-list message sequence (though the juju involved in guaranteeing
one probably involves locking, which is unfun)

This also suggests refactoring the header munging in Send into
separate plugins sooner rather than later, so that it would go:
 MungeSubject -> AddListHeaders -> Archive -> Send

Also, I'm considering changing the format of the Archive so it's
closer to what ezmlm uses we can steal its nifty per-message bounce
handling, selective mail resending, and handy nntp integration.
