And what exactly do you expect to be at the end of the plugins list?
For siesta-{dev,commit} it's currently Archive, though that'll get
rejigged soon enough (see my other mail)

I don't really know the question you're asking.
If the question is "how do we send responses to users?" the answer is
"with a method on the Message object", which could in turn mean "it
invokes a method in Siesta::SendEmail which knows how to best send
email and is used by Plugin::Send and Siesta::Message"
If it's really "is the cookie stand part of the food court?" then
the answer is "no, it's an autonomous unit for mid-mall snacking"
