I toyed with refactoring nacho into a front end to a dispatch table,
keyed on command, but never got around to getting it done.  I was
interested in making an intertive nacho-like shell, and didn't want to
duplicate all of nacho's functionality.

I can (re-)start poking at this in about two weeks; I've got a busy
$dayjob and a book to finish by Wednesday....
