I'm all ready to go apart from the -f -d issue in nacho, and updating
the Changes file. It'll be a 0.6x release. I currently expect we're
going to run with:

0.63 next release, bugs found by Gabor and Jody

0.6x small bugfixes

0.69 (snurk) last of the 0.6, to include Jodys rework of nacho and
0.corresponding changes to the backup script. possibly a shim
for converting old-style nacho calls into the new-style.

0.7 things that need database changes

As for timings, 0.63 asap, 0.69 within a month, as I won't officially
be back until then. That is unless I nominate someone else to do the
release stuff.
