Hrrrm. Mea maxima culpa for it is I who wrote that tool. It should have
subscribed people but set them to nomail under Siesta as well.

Ah, I think I remember why - Mailman 'nomail' is per list and Siesta
nomail was initially per list. I just need to write a plugin that allows
you to set nomail per List.
