Um, I think you've been participating London.pm too actively because 
that in no way answers the question being asked here.

I still have insufficient time to answer this properly, but off the top 
of my head, we want to look at Module::Pluggable::Ordered[0] for the 
'run this plugin then' stuff, and then worry about how to install the 
extra templates.
