This happens when the module is not installed:

  $ perl -wle 'use base "Crap";'
  Base class package "Crap" is empty.

Assuming Class::Accessor is installed, is /home/bdwelle/bin/tequila
using the right Perl (i.e., /usr/local/bin/perl and not /usr/bin/perl)?
