I'd propose creating an extra value in the Deferred table which contains 
an MD5 hash (unless we can get that from elsewhere).


Then we can refer to that in the message they get telling them about it.

They can either mail a specific address (which we would set to be the 
reply to address) or go to a specific URL then we could search for a 
deferred message with that hash and delete it.

THe MD5 hash is to prevent people guessing other messages and deleting 
those.

Bonus points - if there's a URL some spammers automatically follow the 
link hoping that it will resume a message.
