Oh wait, nobody follows *that.* Some cow orkers upstairs of me are required by their manager -- who, thank bog, is not my manager -- to use *Remedy* as an e-mail client. Because trouble-ticket clients and e-mail are so tightly bound. I guess. If that dictum comes to me (and I lose the ensuing argument), I'm out the door. But that's manager hate.
