I have the resolution on my Windows machine set to 1152 X 864 (not sure where that number came from). If I reboot, which I try to avoid, the machine comes up and thinks I've got a 27" monitor. To solve it, I reboot a second time, at which point it realizes that the screen is really only 19". At least it doesn't try to help me out by resetting my resolution. PaulThere's stuff above here
