Can you point me somewhere that would help me explain what you are talking about? I believe Ruby's control structures are intrinsic to the language, but the only control structures I ever seem to use are 'if', 'case', and blocks. I guess I don't really see how introspection is related to how control structures are defined, but then, I've already shown many times that I'm a newbie when it comes to language design. Kinda sad, since I'm now writing and maintaining a (thankfully not general purpose) language. -- Q. Does Usenet help stamp out ignorance? A. That depends on whether by "stamp out" you mean "eliminate" or "reproduce rapidly in great quantity." -- From the Usenet FAQ --------------------------------------------------------------------- Luke Kanies | http://reductivelabs.com | http://config-mgmt.blogspot.comThere's stuff above here
