"No matter," I say, "I can maybe use fewer words, and maybe leave out the rant about their small idle-time." So I hit "Back" in my browser and- the text was gone. You see, in order to make my keyboarding more convenient, their site included Javascript that would place my keyboard focus in their text edit box and remove all of the text that was previously there. My lovely rant all gone. On the up-side, I switched banks that week. Now I have a *new* bank's online software to hate.
