I've just done some fixing and the latest CVS version now works as far
as I can tell. I've just got to write some more installation stuff
(mostly about setting permissions), finish off the hacking document and
then craft a draft release document.

I've checked this version with MembersOnly, SimpleSig, normal sending,
subscribe and unsubscribe.
