installation issues

I am sure you'll hate me as I have lots of complains.
Another e-mail is on its way about setup issues.


1) install Siesta  (after all the prerequisites were met)
   is constantly whining about

  /usr/local/siesta/siesta.conf: No such file or directory

2) a few warnings in another module. This seems not be directly
related to Siesta. It just brings out the very bad of the other module.
