file ownership ?

Before I added plugins, I think (but I am not really sure)
when I sent an  e-mail to the mambo list the following file
was created next to the database:


-rw-rw-r--    1 mail     mail           49 Aug  1 00:45 error

With the following content:

Fri Aug  1 00:45:27 2003 instantiated a Siesta 7


I think the above file ownership might not be correct all the rest
of the files are owned (as recommended in the doc) to group
'siesta'.

What is this error anyway ?
