files missing from repository ?

I am sure I am missing something obvious here but
in the trunk i checked out from the subversion repository
I get the following:


~/projects/perl/modules/Siesta/trunk/siesta>perl Build.PL
Checking whether your kit is complete...
Warning: the following files are missing in your kit:
        Makefile.PL
        META.yml
        README
Please inform the author.
