Ha.  Now you're giving me NeXTStep 2 vs. 3 flashbacks.  You want
appalling?  I'll take absence of silly group administration commands any
time over missing uname and cuserid.  And at least those could be easily
faked.  There were worse oversights I've repressed.

Still, either way, it was a beautiful system to *use*.  There aren't
nearly so many things unbearably wrong with Darwin, but they've managed
to make the UI substantially more aggravating.
