There is. Bring up the Bookmark Manager and look at its Edit
menu. It even does multiple levels.
Not that I fault you. It took me ages to discover it.
Also, I HATE HATE HATE the fact that FF 1.5 removed the
"Manage..." item from the context menu of bookmark folders. The
only way to bring up the Manager is from the Bookmarks menu, and
you can only bring up one instance of it. Dragging bookmarks
between two subfolder-rooted Managers was PRODUCTIVITY TOOL for
me, dammit! Up yours to whoever removed that feature and screwed
me over. (Yes, I know it has bugs -- which I never encountered.)
Thankfully, someone wrote an extension that puts it back in. That
makes Unbreak-Me extension #4 in my profile. ("Damn it, why is
Firefox taking 600MB?")
