ABN Amro: Initial choices are: 'see your balance' and 'withdraw' If you opt to see your balance, your card will be ejected right away if the balance isn't sufficient for a withdraw. Sometimes this is done so quickly you cannot even read what the balance is. If you select withdraw, your card is ejected at the end of the transaction. If you want to both withdraw and get money, you must check your balance first. Although it makes sense that you don't have to do anything special to get your card back, why not display the new balance while the money is being counted? Also, if you have a credit card you can select your language. If you have a bank card you can't. I understand that it is an extra step for most people to select the language, but they also can't tie your bank card to a different language option (or to the select language menu) if you make the request in the bank. - Ann
