Of course, I specifically allowed that a language (LISP) might be so
minimalist that it makes it harder.

No, I can't get them to change it; we can only pray that this year they
have net access in the rooms (probably not).  Apparently they got some
great deal if they signed up through eternity; I do know that they get
painfully self-righteous when you bring it up.
