What's also hateful is that different banks have different screens,=20 and a different buttons to push for the same question. It's not so difficult for people with normal vision, but it extremely limits the usability for blind people. I've blind friends who can only use a few number of cash machines (that is, a few cash machines, not cash machine from a few banks), because they have received training for those machines, and would be at a total loss at any other. And they need to get new training when the screens change. Not that anyone bothers to inform them...
