Known bug. It's the thing I mentioned last week about DBD::SQLite not
supporting 2 connections at once, and Class::DBI obscuring things so
much so that Storage::DBI can't do anything about it in its
constructor like a simple:
my $dbh;
do { $dbh = Foo->connect } while (!$dbh);
