After some exposure to Log::Log4perl at work I've decided that I like 
it, so much in fact to rip out the existing Siesta->log method and 
replace it with log4perl.

That got checked in as changes 1784 and 1786.  1784 was when I quickly 
stuck it in to help me debug a problem that the hates-software Ezmlm 
archive was having, the other patch is changing everything else over.
