At the moment you just add it as a plugin and it works automatically 
when a certain threshold number of messages goes past it - you need to 
add it as a normal plugin and as a personal plugin :


	% nacho set-plugins my_list Digest Send +Digest


I should probably add stuff in so that it can be time based instead of 
threashold based.
