apt-get is the holy grail of package management that I wasted 8 years trying to achieve with CPAN, rpm and others.

apt-get from network install to fully configured server with apache, perl, half a ton of perl modules and a large dollop of graphics stuff in 1 hour. Now thats package management.

Just my opinion :-)
