So Camino's not really "Mozilla/Firefox family which behaves more like a
Mac app", but "Mozilla/Firefox family which uses the Mac for many
services, but where the developers have their heads screwed on enough to
cheerfully ignore the more stupid Apple settings".

My respect for the Camino devs has just gone up.  More than one notch.
