Buscador is mailing list archiver except, unlike Mariachi, it's
dynamically generated rather than statically.

It uses Email::Store and a plugin architecture to provide various views
on your mail archive - a long with the traditional 'mailing list',
'date' , 'thread', 'poster' etc etc views it can be extended to show
mail through other parameters as well such as all the mails that
containa reference to a person or place.

It's also got nifty support for foreign characters and attachments plus
a few other things.

I took over development from Simon Cozens and am getting ready to roll
in a massive diff and then do a beta release.

It should be sometime this weekend (I hope) but then I've been syaing
that for a while.
